Please complete this overview, and enroll in at least 1 age-specific program track.

The Take Root program is designed for parents of children who are birth to 3 years old and includes three program tracks (i.e., 0 – 6 Months, 6 – 12 Months, and 1 – 3 Years). Each track includes three interactive modules. Through this program, you will learn positive parenting techniques, stress-management strategies, and health-promotion skills that you can use to help your infant or toddler be happy and healthy. By participating in the Take Root program, you’re taking a valuable step in promoting the overall well-being of your family. Get ready to watch your child take root!
